We decided to purchase a Bella Sitia home in November of 2019, before "social distancing" and "Coronavirus" were part of our everyday vocabulary. Once the virus became a pandemic, we did not let the rumors of a declining housing market deter us. Instead, we chose to be steadfast with our transaction. The first reason for that is, for us, the smartest choice is to own, while San Diego rent continues to increase at a rapid rate. Secondly, California is still in a housing shortage. Once the pandemic is over, we will still be in that shortage, so we are confident that this is still a good move for us. The third reason is that this home is perfect for us and checks off all the boxes on our wish list. It was meant to be our home.”

We have been looking for the perfect home for over a year. We couldn’t be happier to have found our home at Bella Sitia! Regina Ong-Garcia, has been so personable, professional, responsive and outgoing since the very beginning. She worked very well together with our realtor, Burnz Fernandez. Tom was also so nice during our walk-through as well as Ella at the Design Center. Our lender, Fairway Mortgage has also been the best throughout the whole process. Especially with the challenging times with Covid, it has been truly a blessing for Regina, Burnz, Jenn and Irwin’s help and accommodations.
